Inside Conflict was founded in 1998 and recorded its debut demo right after, stepping aside the nu-hardcore-school starting to plague the scene with including in its own mix much varied influences, making them one of the very first Deathcore bands around (but in a really different genre than today’s over-populated and cheesy Deathcore scene).
On early 2000, Next Sentence records signs the band and releases “Headless”, their debut MCD. That’s when Bones Brigade stepped in, impressed by the band’s style and live energy and power and offers them the release of a split CD with future kings of meth influenced Power Violence, Sylvester Staline.
The debut full-length, for Overcome records, soon follows. It’s titled “Unearthed from wonderland”, mixing old-school NYHC with Grindcore and old-school Death Metal. A new (split with Judoboy) MCD is released mid 2002 (Plainfield). The third album, “Spherical mirage” is released on early 2004, through Overcome records (and promoted through a split MCD with Blockheads and Mumakil).
Unfortunately, Inside Conflict won’t make it for the second half of the first decade of this century and a bit less than ten years after their inception, IxC disbands, releasing a posthumous DVD in 2006.
