Jesus Crust started around 1997 with two members, 13 and 10. The same year, they recorded their first demo « Punk is dead » with then vocalist, Mandy. In 1999, the newly renamed Jesus Cröst released their debut full-length, « The feeding of the party pönks » (Filth Ear). In 2002, they released a split EP with Active Minds. Later the same year, another split EP (with Gritos De Alerta) was released.
2003 saw the release of « Eight years of errors », a retrospective album of the band’s carreer. Built during this first era of the band’s existence, their unpredictable character would never change with the following years ! They, in example, did a full tour incognito, did gigs no longer than 10 minutes, most of the time they’re not speaking during gigs…
The new album, « Fehlentscheidung » was then released in 2005. After lots of shows in 2006 and 2007, the band got back to the studio to record « Tot », their new album which was released in 2008, soon followed by an Eastern Europe tour with F.U.B.A.R..
As of march 2009, the newly repressed « Tot » is being offered a proper release throught the band’s new home, Bones Brigade records, with the addition of a full live show (Obscene Extreme Fest. 2008) as a bonus, followed by a Southern Europe tour with Yacopsae.
Just one year later, march 2010, Jesus Crøst released “010″, their brand new, more into grindcore with the addition Metal elements, through Bones Brigade records. The record, upon its release, gained the band high praise reviews from the international underground press.
