An astounding 81% are saying they are experiencing an increased level of stress related to COVID. And yet, depression, anxiety, and stress aren’t anything new.
CEOs and corporate leaders are also dealing with an increased level of depression and anxiety among their employees, which is why we are proud to partner with Cigna, our first healthcare partner, as part of our 2020-21 effort to train 2,000 young women in business and entrepreneurship.

“Girls With Impact helped me keep a schedule of something to do during quarantine,” said graduate Victoria Navarrete, 17.”

And while teens are stressed out, they do want to make an impact in big ways. They just need the outlet to do so. Project-based learning in a supportive peer environment can produce real outcomes:
- Reduce stress through the support of peers and a coach
- Advance academic learning and education
- Keep the next generation engaged and learning so they are prepared for the workforce and job market as COVID opens-up
