Pregnant Kate Ferdinand rests on birthing ball as she moans about terrible back pain

Kate Ferdinand appears to be suffering with terrible back pain as a result of her pregnancy.

The former TOWIE star is expecting her first baby with husband Rio Ferdinand towards the end of this year.

The mum-to-be, 29, has been sharing updates on her pregnancy with fans on her social media, but was in desperate need of some advice on Tuesday morning.

Resting on a birthing ball, the star, who is step-mum to Rio’s three children Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine, made a cry for help.

She wrote: “HELP!” in capital letters to express her excruciating pain.

“This back pain is becoming unbearable,” the reality TV star added.

Kate appeared to be woken up early due to the pain as she also shared the time on her Instagram Story, which was 6.50am.

She looked super cosy in a black outfit, which she paired with her slippers to sit on the huge exercise ball.

Kate and Rio have not confirmed the date their baby boy is due, but it’s expected to be around December 2020.

Kate cradled her growing bump in a skintight dress

They announced the amazing news in June, when the star was 12 weeks along.

She has been relatively private with her pregnancy journey, sharing snippets of her bump on Instagram every now and then.

Her most recent bump snap was posted last week, with Kate cradling their son in an acid-wash blue midi dress.

She showed off her incredible pregnancy curves in the outfit, which clung to her growing bump.

They tied the knot last year

The couple married last year after two years of dating, at a lavish ceremony in Marmaris, Turkey.

At the time, she said: “It’s lovely being Mrs Ferdinand though. He’s my soulmate. It’s been an emotional journey for sure, but it’s all worth it.”

They tied the knot at five-star D Maris Bay hotel surrounded by Rio’s children, who he shares with late wife Rebecca, and their family and friends.
